Terms of Use
Thank you for using the services provided by SnapAction. Please read and fully understand the following terms carefully. When you use the services provided by SnapAction, it means that you agree to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement; otherwise, please do not use the product.
We may modify the user agreement from time to time. If the terms of the user agreement are modified, we will show you the modified agreement through push notifications or pop-up windows when you log in or when the APP is updated. Please note that only after you click the agree button in the pop-up window, we will collect, use, and store your personal information according to the updated agreement.
If you are a minor, please read the agreement and use this service under the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
- Service Content
The specific content of the service is provided by the SnapAction operator according to the actual situation, including but not limited to strategies, Hyrule compendium, etc. The SnapAction operator reserves the right to upgrade or adjust the services or products provided and will update the page information in a timely manner.
You agree that SnapAction may send advertisements, promotions, or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you on its own or through any third-party advertisers, and the methods and scope of which may change without prior notice. SnapAction may provide you with options to turn off advertising information, but at any time, you cannot block and filter advertising information in any way not explicitly specified or authorized in writing by the user agreement. SnapAction legally fulfills relevant obligations for advertisers, and you should judge the authenticity of advertising information on your own and be responsible for your judgment. Except for specific legal provisions, SnapAction is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by users due to advertising transactions or content provided by advertisers.
You agree and understand that SnapAction may need to carry out regular or irregular maintenance or maintenance of the facilities related to the product or service. SnapAction is not responsible for any interruption of the service (including paid network services) within a reasonable time due to the aforementioned circumstances. SnapAction reserves the right to suspend any part of the service for maintenance, upgrade, or other purposes without prior notice.
- Use of Services
Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the application’s any part and any content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed to any other person in any way (including “mirroring”) without Apple’s prior express written consent, for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise’s computer, server, website, or other media.
You are fully responsible for the user content you post. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any user content posted by other users. You declare and guarantee that the user content you post and your use of the service will not:
(1). Cause harm to minors in any way;
(2). Be used to intentionally or unintentionally violate or fail to comply with regional, national, and international laws in any way;
(3). Violate, infringe, or infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights in any way;
(4). Harass, stalk, mock, attack, intimidate, pervert, or otherwise harass others;
(5). Overload, damage, or weaken the operation of the application, website, or service;
(6). Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
(7). Collect or gather other users’ email addresses or other personal information for any purpose, including but not limited to sending unsolicited emails or messages;
(8). Unless otherwise stated, all materials included in the application, as well as the content arrangement and selection, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. SnapAction does not grant any express or implied rights to use this intellectual property.
During your use of the service, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You can choose not to receive some of the above information.
- Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. We will collect and store your personal information in accordance with the SnapAction Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree that we may use your personal data according to our privacy policy.
In addition, by using the application, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the application may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice indicating that a specific transmission (such as picture messages) is encrypted.
- Content Responsibility
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, and/or other materials accessible through SnapAction, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (“Content”), are the sole responsibility of the party from which such content originated. SnapAction only provides you with tools for strategies and game maps and cannot control the way you use the service. Therefore, it does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or quality of the content. Under no circumstances is SnapAction responsible for any content, but we reserve the right to stop the transmission of any such content and take corresponding measures according to the law, including but not limited to suspending the user from using all or part of the service, retaining relevant records, and reporting to the relevant departments.
- Fees and Subscription Terms
SnapAction offers a range of subscription options to best meet your needs. You can choose to subscribe to our premium version to access premium services and content. Our fees depend on different subscription plans, gift plans, and promotions, so we reserve the right to update our fees from time to time.
You acknowledge that if we change the fees, this will not affect your existing subscription, so if you register for a subscription at a specific fee, any fee changes will not affect any current subscription or any renewal.
Please note that if you purchase a subscription through Apple iTunes or the SnapAction app, the following conditions apply:
(1) Subscription confirmation: The fee will be charged to the iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.
(2) Manage subscription: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in iTunes & App Store account management in the phone system settings.
(3) Automatic renewal: The Apple iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. To cancel the renewal, please manually turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.
(4) Free trial: The free trial (if any) will automatically update to the premium version after expiration. You can cancel the renewal before the end of the trial by going to “Account Settings”. If you pay for a premium subscription before the end of the trial period, the current trial will automatically end.
- Modification and Termination of Our Services
You understand and agree that the SnapAction service is provided according to existing technologies and conditions. The platform will make the greatest effort to provide services to users, ensuring the consistency and security of the service; however, SnapAction cannot foresee and prevent legal and technical risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third-party services, government actions, etc., which may cause service interruption, data loss, and other losses and risks.
We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove features or characteristics, and we may suspend or completely stop the service. You can stop using our services at any time, but we will be sorry to see you leave. SnapAction may also stop providing services to you at any time or add or set new restrictions on our services.
If we have reason to believe that you have violated this agreement or acted inconsistently with this agreement, we reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently delete your account and terminate your access to the service. After termination, your license will automatically be revoked, and we reserve the right to delete your account, remove all or any information from your profile, and discard any of your user content. You agree that we are not responsible for any modification or interruption of the service. We are not responsible for the removal of information or content from your profile. You acknowledge and accept that certain user content may be retained after your account is terminated, and the user content license will not be revoked or terminated. - Disclaimer
SnapAction will make reasonable efforts to provide services and ensure the continuity and security of the service. However, SnapAction does not provide complete guarantees, including but not limited to:
(1). SnapAction is not responsible for the deletion or failure of related data stored in the software and services;
(2). Users should bear risks beyond SnapAction’s control when using the application, including but not limited to:
(3). Risks such as inability to log in to SnapAction, incomplete data synchronization, slow page opening speed, etc., due to unstable wireless network signals, small wireless network bandwidth, or other reasons.
(4). Risks such as loss or leakage of personal information due to irresistible factors;
(5). Any problems or damages caused by the user not choosing software versions matching the terminal devices installed with this software;
(6). Any risks or liabilities caused by others transmitting or sharing the content posted by the user;
You understand and agree that SnapAction does not promise that any content, service, or function of the application or website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the website will provide specific services. The application and its content are provided on an “as is” and “available” basis. No express or implied warranties are provided, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. All information provided on the application is subject to change without notice.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SnapAction is not responsible for profit, revenue, or data loss, financial loss, or indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. In all cases, it is not responsible for any loss or damage that cannot be reasonably foreseen. To the extent permitted by law, for any claim under this agreement, including any implied warranties, the liability is limited to the amount you paid us for using the service (or, at our option, to provide the service to you again). And not exceeding the total of any subscription or similar fees related to any service or function of the application paid within six months prior to the date of the initial claim against SnapAction.
- General Information
This agreement and the SnapAction Privacy Policy govern the relationship between SnapAction and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with this agreement and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we waive any rights we may have (such as taking action in the future). If a particular term is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect any other terms. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without considering the principles of legal conflict. If any dispute arises between you and SnapAction, it should first be resolved through consultation; if consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people’s court for handling.
The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning. They should not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
